JobAuthor is highly committed to protecting our customer's privacy.
In order to provide a quick and accurate response to your résumé order, JobAuthor asks only for the information necessary to complete your order with precision. When you order a résumé, we will need to know your name, your email address, and your mailing address. This will allow us to process and complete your order and to notify you of your order status. We will also ask about your skills, education and previous work experience in order to have a powerful and effective résumé.
All the information is strictly for the use of JobAuthor and will not be shared with any third party. Except as described in this privacy policy, we do not disclose information about your individual visits to JobAuthor or personal information that you provide, such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card number, personal references, etc., to any outside parties, except when we believe it is required by law or to protect JobAuthor our users or others.
All prices listed on JobAuthor are in US Dollars. Clients purchasing JobAuthor services must pay for the service online via Paypal. Clients will be charged for the Package(s) selected. JobAuthor and Paypal will email the client a receipt for the transactions in which Client is involved.
Client agrees to provide timely responses to JobAuthor after notification of résumé draft completion. Client shall have 30 days to respond to the résumé draft submitted to the Client for review. If after 30 days the Client has failed to respond, JobAuthor will assume the Project complete and the Project shall be deemed to be complete. JobAuthor will have no further obligation to Client, and Client shall pay JobAuthor all fees and expenses associated with work performed by JobAuthor.
All examples used throughout the website include fictional names, addresses, places of employment and phone numbers to protect privacy, except the success stories or testimonials where initials of names are provided. In this case each individual has given permission allowing the use of his or her name.
